3. Donations & Exemption Certificates

All contributions made to ARIVISTA WELFARE FOUNDATION are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G and 12A regulations. Digital receipts and certificates generated are legally valid.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
